The eight carefully chosen doTERRA essential oils are applied over the course of an hour.
Their incredible aroma, combined with the gentle application, leaves you feeling relaxed, calm and supported, often bringing a profound sense of balance to the body.
This technique works to support and balance the nervous system, helping to reduce stress and promote overall wellbeing. Through gentle touch and the natural properties of the oils, AromaTouch Massage encourages deep relaxation and supports the body’s systems to do what they do best.

How long does a session last?
The massage itself lasts around an hour, with time before and after to settle in and enjoy the full benefits without feeling rushed.
Where does the massage take place?
In the comfort of your own home. I bring a professional mobile massage table, so you can relax in a familiar, calm environment.
Can my birth partner have an AromaTouch Massage too?
Absolutely. AromaTouch massage is suitable for anyone and can be booked for birth partners or family members.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
Just a quiet space for the massage table. Everything else is taken care of for you.
Can AromaTouch Massage be booked alongside an antenatal course or postnatal support package?
Yes! It can be booked as a standalone treatment for £65 or as a beautiful addition to your antenatal or postnatal care at a discounted rate of £50.

Yes. All oils used are doTERRA Pure Grade Certified and are carefully selected with pregnancy and postnatal safety in mind. Every blend is discussed with you, including when and how to use them safely.
How do I choose which rollerball blend is right for me?
You can choose from Calm & Sleep, Pain & Tension, or Focus & Energy. We will talk this through together so the blend supports how you are feeling and what you would like help with.
What is the diffuser blend used for?
The diffuser blend is designed to support the environment around you, helping to create a calm, grounding or gently energising space within your home. You can choose from Ground & Focus or Rest & Restore.
What is the labour-specific blend used for?
The labour blend is designed for use when you are full term in your pregnancy, to support with the onset of labour and once labour is established. It includes clary sage, a traditional uterine tonic, and is discussed carefully with you so you feel confident about when and how to use it.
Do I need any prior knowledge about essential oils?
Not at all. Everything is explained simply and clearly.
Will you explain how to use the oils?
Yes - clear guidance is always provided, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions. You are never expected to “just know” how to use them.
Can I use the oils after birth?
Absolutely! Many women continue to use their blends postnatally to support calm, rest and emotional wellbeing.
Is this package suitable if I’m planning a caesarean birth?
Of course. The rollerball and diffuser blends can still be a beautiful support during pregnancy and the postnatal period. We will discuss whether the labour-specific blend is appropriate for you.
Can my birth partner use the oils too?
Yes - diffuser blends support the whole space, and rollerball blends can be used by birth partners if appropriate.
