Guided Relaxation with Essentials Oils
Each session finishes with a gentle guided relaxation, giving you time to pause, absorb what you’ve learned and allow your body and mind to fully relax.
These moments are often a favourite part of the course. They help you practise switching off from the outside world, calm your nervous system and connect with your baby - an important skill to take into labour and birth.

During The Calm & Confident Course, you will experience 2 guided relaxations.
​​
For in-person sessions, I also incorporate carefully selected essential oils to enhance the experience and support deeper relaxation.
​
All of the guided relaxations are available to download from the members’ area, so you can listen to them again and again throughout your pregnancy, during labour, and even in those early days after your baby arrives.
​
Many parents find that returning to these relaxations regularly helps them build confidence, familiarity and a deeper sense of calm as the birth approaches.
