Postnatal Support Package
The Postnatal Support Package is available exclusively to women and families I’ve supported during pregnancy, offering gentle, practical support in the early days and
weeks after your baby arrives.

Because the journey doesn’t end at birth and neither should your support.
The Postnatal Support Package
What is included
This is about being held, supported and not having to do everything alone. During our time together, I am here to support you - whether that looks like helping you settle your baby, offering calm reassurance, answering questions, or simply being a listening ear as you process birth and adjust to life with a newborn.

Support can include:
-
Gentle help with your baby while you rest, shower or eat
-
Emotional support and space to talk through your birth and early motherhood
-
Guidance and reassurance around newborn care and feeding
-
Light household tasks to ease the load in those early days
-
Creating a calm, supportive environment in your home

There is no pressure to “do” anything. Each visit is guided entirely by what you need in that moment.
This package is not medical care or childcare - it’s about presence, continuity, and support during one of the biggest transitions of your life. Availability and session length can be discussed individually.

Navigate the challenges of newborn care

Rest, recover and feel supported

FAQ's
Who is this support for?
This support is for women and families I’ve already worked with during pregnancy who would like continued, gentle support after their baby arrives - whether things feel smooth or more challenging.
What would a typical visit look like?
Every visit is different and led by what you need that day. It might involve caring for your baby while you rest, offering reassurance, helping around the home, or simply sitting and talking things through.
Do I need to be struggling to book this?
Not at all. Many families book postnatal support simply to feel held, supported and less alone during the early weeks.
Can I decide how the hours are used?
Of course! The support is completely flexible within your booked hours and always guided by what feels most helpful to you.
When is the best time to use the hours?
Most families choose to use their hours in the first few weeks after birth, or when their partner has returned to work, but they can be used at any point within six months of payment.
